Hi!! My name is Jamie Zajac, and I’m so glad you’re here!
My main goal as a coach is to teach women how to be their happiest and healthiest self.
I grew up as an athlete - swimming was my main sport growing up - but I stopped when I got to college. Through my late teens and early twenties, I battled disordered eating, and learned how to heal my extremely unhealthy relationship with food and myself. Overcoming this was a pivotal point in my life, where I began to understand the interconnectedness of the mind and body.
Health extends far beyond physical fitness, and I am passionate about sharing the message that what affects the body affects the mind, and vice versa. Fitness is not just about what you look like, it’s about how you feel, too.
Throughout my journey as an amateur NPC bikini competitor, I’ve learned resilience and discipline, and the incredible capabilities of the human body. Balancing my competition preps with a demanding corporate job reinforced my belief that with the right mindset and strategies, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
When I’m not coaching or competing, I hang out with my dog Winston, an energetic pointer/chocolate lab mix, do ANYTHING OUTSIDE, or see my favorite DJs!
I am certified in functional nutrition and metabolic science and neurological-linguistic programming. I am here to support you every step of the way on your journey to becoming your happiest and healthiest self!
